No refund for cancelled train

Returning from Amsterdam got a message to say train cancelled and left stranded. No alternative trains available for a week. Had to fly back a day later. Website when I tried to get a refund says my train was not cancelled (the ticket has cancelled stamped on it on line). I cannot contact them they say fill in a form but they do not respond.

Cannot contact Eurostar

Ive emailed and phoned but no success. They have even closed the ticket office!!! If you have a problem forget trying to resolve it. Ive used Eurostar a lot over the year but will never use again.

Don't answer phone or emails to sort problems. £10 charge if you ring or change booking at the station.

Your not talung my phone number and ive tried to book trains for days

Its not taking my us phone number..im unable to purchase tickets London to rotterdam n Been trying for days and calling..i need to get to rotterdam 8.19 22 from london ...originally thought I had ticket the 18th but it didnt go through . .help...414 916 **** ...kimberly stevenson

What a tragic decline!

Eurostar used to have quite literally the best customer service around: well-qualified staff who answered the phones immediately. Now it's a third-world service; there is almost no point trying to get through on the phone, you will be in a queue for a long time. The "new" Siemens trains are uncomfortable and basic standards of hygiene in the toilets are non-existent (I travel regularly on these trains). So sad!
