Unable to reset password
It took nearly an hour to change my password, so I called customer service. Karen talked me through setting up a new account and I was able to book my tickets.
A good price and travel times good. Unfortunately there are planned engineering works so will have to change in Brussels.

We like to travel with our bikes. We booked a one-way ticket from London to Brussels and an extra service for 2 bikes.
We had to take off the bags from our bikes (they were very heavy for us but that was not included in the service).
The extra service for the 2 bikes was 90 pounds! I think Eurostar makes it hard for bike-lovers to travel that way!

You need to call customer service or that wont let you travel. Its been a nightmare day. I am so disappointed and was very stressful as I didnt know how to move in Paris.

Booked a Amsterdam to London train with transfer in Brussels. Found out latter no handicap services in Amsterdam and not available in Bussels without 90 minutes.
Eurostar did offer different connection with 3 hour delay.
Original transfer 48 minutes. Friendly staff, limited services for the handicap.

Unreliable service
I decided to book Eurostar from Rotterdam Central to Brussels after a tiring week at a Congress. The reason for choosing Eurostar was to ensure I have a seat and can travel comfortably.
When I got on the train it turned out they double booked my seat. When finally someone shows up they show me to a seat I didn't select for a reason. Customer service said thank you for your feedback and sorry for the inconvenience.
So paid more, no comfort, no service but lesson learnt... avoid Eurostar!

Travelling with a bike is wildly complex
We are trying to travel with the Eurostar this summer with our bicycles. I am trying to fly less, we thought we'd be good taking the train.
Travelling with Eurostar with a bicycle is an impossible process. They have this bonkers system where - only 4 bikes can travel per train - you have to email them to find out which trains have space - 2 weeks later they will tell you - you then book the train, submit a bike reservation - 2 weeks later they will let you know if you got the reservation.
We have AI that can design computer programs, and yet Eurostar are practicing a fully backwards and useless system
- Only 2 hours to europe
- System is prohibitive to making plans and taking your bike
Preferred solution: A new system needs created to manage bikes on Eurostar

My husband was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, treatment and outcomes changes constantly. But I booked a ticket for a friend and I to go to away for a long weekend in 2025.
Before I even booked the hotel, we were informed that the only chance my husband has for possible survival is a stem cell transplant. This is a 12 month process with loads of possible complications and I am his only carer and have to be around until he gets the all clear for after the transplant. I asked for a voucher, because I would still like to travel but it will be 2026. Was told NO.
I can keep moving the dates. I have to keep track of so many hospital appointments and all the other stress involved with a decease that can be terminal. Now I have to remember to go and move our travel dates. It does not cost Eurostar any money to refund to a voucher.
They are just cold hearted and inconsiderate. No compassion and understanding of how it feels to live in a world were nothing is certain any more, no plans can be made.
your whole life is in limbo. From all the companies we had to contact this is the one and only company who does not care at all about their customers.

Yesterday 18/01/2024 I made an online booking on your website for a
train trip from Amsterdam on 8 April 2024 on the 8:15 am train to
London England.
After having completed the booking I received a text message from my
Bank asking me to confirm that I had made the booking and that $US
638:00 was to be transferred to Eurostar International Ltd. This was
correct so I thought?
To date I have not received a booking confirmation. I have tried to
resolve this with your BOT but are getting nowhere.
The booking was for myself and my wife.

Would you please look into this booking for me and confirm my booking
and advise me of the booking reference.

I wasnt able to board the Amsterdam train because I was told to wait on the platform and didnt see the security station. Eurostar personnel told me I was stranded - which wasnt true!
I had to buy an airline ticket home, as those representatives told me all the trains were full.
Customer service agent told me bo refund the ticket indicates where the station is - it most certainly doesnt! Worst experience of my life

Hierbij wil ik graag mijn teleurstelling en bezorgdheid uiten over de recente situatie met betrekking tot het boeken van een verkeerd ticket. Als ouder sta ik voor de uitdaging dat mijn zoon 16 jaar alleen moet reizen vanwege een verplichte toets, wat al op zichzelf een bron van stress is.
Helaas hebben wij ervaren dat er tot op heden onvoldoende gehoor is gegeven aan onze situatie en is er geen passende tegemoetkoming geboden.
Dit heeft geleid tot gevoelens van frustratie en onbegrip. Wij hopen dan ook op uw begrip en medewerking om tot een bevredigende oplossing
